Winemaking: This wine has been matured in 2 year-old France oak for six months prior to bottling.
Tasting Note: Impenetrable dark ink red, mint, chocolate, very regional Limestone Coast with dark / black berries and eucalyptus aromas. Palate is plush and fleshy with spice. Mid- full bodied with loads of up-front flavours and balanced oak. Tannins are soft and approachable.
Cellaring: Drinking well now, and will mature over the next 5 years.
Alc/Vol: 14.5%
