Demure plummy red fruit wrapped in thick, concentrated layers of sour cherry and raspberry. Wonderful ripeness is evident in this handcrafted, approachable wine. This wine benefits from fresh fruit selection from some fine wine regions of South Australia. Currently youthful and energetic, full of juicy fruit flavors and showing a good balance of light, smooth tannins, making it a great choice for drinking with proteins and rich fatty foods.  

Cellaring: Drinking well now, and will mature over the next 2-3 years.
