The palate is well structured, with good body, fine, ripe fruit with soft tannins creating a long and appealing finish, shows the mature, full and deep fruits sweetness of the Shiraz in Barossa Valley. 12-month ferment and age in the French oak barrels gives a better flavor and complexity in wine, and controlled the affects of the intense tannins to the fruit aroma, which makes this wine reach a perfect balance.
