Consul Selection is a representative within the Auswan Creek Diplomat Series. It is limitedly released and individually numbered in each Vintage. In making this wonderful wine, our master winemakers chose shiraz parcels from different premium grape growing regions in South Australia. Selecting fruits from multiple wine regions with unique climatic conditions allows this wine to showcase the best of all fruits from South Australia.

An opened, medium-bodied red wine with aromas of dark plums, mulberries and blueberries, and gentle notes of warm spice. The palate is perfectly balanced with rich, fresh fruit, subtle toasty oak and fine, velvety tannins. Enjoy on its own or with toasted or fried lamb.
