Barossa Vineyard Estates

 

Auswan Creek prides ourselves on making our Barossa wines from fruit grown almost exclusively from our own vineyards. With one of our core values being terrior, we have invested heavily in securing the best vineyard sites and viticulturist.

 

Angaston Centenarian Vineyard

 

First planted in 1908 our 10 Hectare Centenarian Vineyard on Stockwell Road stands as one of the oldest in the Barossa Valley. The fruit produced is of the highest quality and is a prized jewel of the Barossa. The 100+ year old Shiraz vines located in this vineyard produce our flagship 1908 Centenarian Vineyard Shiraz. Our flagship wine is named in honour of the year the vineyard was planted, circa 1908. In addition the vineyard produces Cabernet and Grenache.

 

Tanunda Winery Vineyard

 

Located close to the centre of the region in Tanunda, on the Barossa highway. Our winery and cellar door are surrounded by 2 Hectares of vines. This vineyard consist of Cabernet Sauvignon and a little bit of Shiraz. The fruit grown is typically used in the Governor’s Selection Cabernet Shiraz Blend.
