Our Cellar Door

In 2014 Auswan Creek renovated the existing 1980’s winery, upgrading the production facilities into a state of the art 250 tonne boutique winery. Our winemaking style is a blend of traditional hands on winemaking (small batch processing, hand plunging, basket pressing, extended oak maturation, minimal fining), while employing modern technology to produce premium Australian wines awarded the world over.
