Empolying modern winemaking techniques and being unoaked, produces a flavoursome wine which retains the fresh, fruity characters of the chardonnay variety. Pale golden in colour, it has a simple nose of apple and pear, with a touch of floral notes. The palate is light to medium bodied with richer tropical fruit flavours finishing fresh, but slightly sweet. Drink with summer salads, seafood and rice dishes.
